I’ve been journaling for a while now. I picked up and started to do it to get things off my chest. I started writing a letter to GOD about the bible and other things in my life. I don’t write in it every day as I should, but I noticed that when it does, it clears my mind because I am an overthinker, and it gets rid of the confusion that might linger around.
